We do not collect, store, or request access to your Facebook posts, friends list, photos, messages, contacts, payment information, or any other content from your Facebook profile beyond what is listed above.

The information received through Facebook Login is used solely to operate your AluminumLady.com account. Specifically, it is used to:

• Create and authenticate your account on the website.
• Associate your comments and Discussion activity with a recognizable name.
• Send account-related communications such as login confirmations, password resets, and service notices.
• Send newsletter or HDQ update emails if you have not unsubscribed.

We do not sell, rent, or share data received through Facebook Login with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

03Where Your Data Is Stored

Account information is stored within the WordPress database that powers AluminumLady.com. Access is restricted to site administrators and is protected by standard WordPress security controls, including encrypted passwords, login hardening, and malware scanning.

If you have posted comments on the site, those comments are stored alongside your account record and remain visible on the posts where they were submitted unless removed by you or by a site administrator.

04Your Right to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to remove your data from AluminumLady.com.

05Option A: Remove the App from Facebook

You can revoke AluminumLady.com's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook. This stops any future data sharing from Facebook to our website.

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
2. In the left menu, select Apps and Websites.
3. Locate Aluminum Lady HDQ in the list of active apps.
4. Click Remove to revoke the app's access to your Facebook profile.

06Option B: Request Full Account and Data Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your AluminumLady.com account and the personal data we hold, submit a deletion request through the Submit to HDQ form on the website.

1. Go to the Submit to HDQ page on AluminumLady.com.
2. Select the Website or app issue option from the submission type dropdown.
3. In the subject or short title field, enter Data Deletion Request.
4. In the message field, include the name and email address associated with your account so we can locate the correct record.
5. Submit the form.

07What Gets Deleted

When a deletion request is processed, the following information is removed from our systems:

• Your name and email address as received through Facebook Login.
• Your WordPress user account, including login credentials and account metadata.
• Newsletter subscription records associated with your email address.
• Any Submit to HDQ entries you have personally submitted, on request.

Comments you have posted on the website may be retained in anonymized form, meaning the comment text remains visible but is no longer attributed to your name or account. You may request full removal of specific comments in the same submission.

08Response Time

Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within thirty days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation message at the email address associated with your account once the deletion has been carried out.

If we are unable to locate an account matching the information you provided, we will reply with a request for additional details so the correct record can be identified.

09Data We May Be Required to Retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain information after a deletion request if retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms of Use. Retained information will be limited to what is strictly necessary and will not be used for any other purpose.
