Team,
Your work-related social media activity has come to our attention.
Your right to express yourself remains fully respected and closely monitored.
For most crew members, this means posting with caution. Content about work, morale, fatigue, staffing, pay, reassignments, or operational issues may be reviewed when necessary.
However, leadership is pleased to offer select employees a different arrangement.
The Employee Influencer Partnership Program is an invitation-only initiative for crew members whose public enthusiasm can be useful to the company.
Participants will create approved content that appears personal, candid, and spontaneous while reinforcing management’s preferred version of the operation.
The purpose is simple:
Use employee trust to protect the brand.
This program allows leadership to benefit from the credibility of workers while maintaining control over the message, the access, the rewards, and the consequences.
Participants may receive visibility, protection, preferred opportunities, and access to trips not normally available to the broader workgroup.
These benefits are not guaranteed.
They remain available only while the employee remains useful, aligned, and on message.
If content misses the mark, attitude raises concern, or usefulness becomes less measurable, the employee may be removed from the program and returned to the standard social media policy.
That is not discipline.
That is leverage.
Unsolicited applications are not being accepted.
Do not contact Scheduling.
Do not ask to be chosen.
Continue living the brand publicly, consistently, and attractively.
If your content supports the narrative, someone from corporate may reach out.
Until then, post carefully.
Warm regards,
Aluminum Lady 💋✈️❤️

Oh! Now I understand why all this pro-company stuff is in my feed. People are getting played by the company!
I’m surprised they haven’t been doing this for a long time to shift negative press, etc.
🤮 Some of the gushing posts I’ve seen are over the top. The company dangles carrots and some people bite, I guess. Not me.
There are a lot of suspicious, over the top company-cheering posts. I mean, I like my job, but come on now!
