An unauthorized boarding song titled “Don’t Question the Culture” has been loaded into our aircraft boarding music system.

While we always appreciate creativity, this song does not align with our Rules of the Road or the culture that makes our airline so special.

To preserve the experience for our customers and team members:

• Boarding music may be temporarily disabled on affected aircraft
• Customers may play their own music or videos aloud during boarding if needed to drown out the unauthorized song

Our culture is something we all help protect. Content that encourages employees to question it can sometimes create unnecessary uncertainty about professional alignment and long-term career stability, which we always hope to avoid.
